  1. Do we need an employee with a formal H&S qualification? No, our Competent Person Service takes care of that. By appointing Safeti as your competent H&S advisor, you immediately retain the qualifications and experience of our H&S professionals. We keep our knowledge and professional development up-to-date via 3rd-party accredited CPD (Continued Professional Development).
  2. What is the Health and Safety system? We have developed and continue to improve a H&S document suite which will help tick all the right boxes for your business. It includes examples, guidance and training that can be adjusted and adopted specifically for your operations.
  3. What happens to our existing documentation? It often doesn’t make sense to remove what you already have. Rather, we normally advise reviewing your existing documentation to help you integrate it into your new management system. Some of our Health and Safety packages include a ‘Desktop Review’ service which enables this process.
  4. Do you provide H&S training? Our health and safety packages provide you with excellent training materials for general Health and Safety good practices e.g. risk assessment, accident investigation, contractor management, machinery safety & more. Also, you will have unlimited access to our online Risk Assessment training course with dedicated support for enrolees.
  5. Will the package help with external accreditation e.g. CHAS, Acclaim, Safe-T-Cert? Our H&S system is accreditation-ready. The support you receive includes guidance & advice from Chartered professionals for any of your questions/needs for your accreditation to be successful.
  6. Can you help with task-specific documents? A wide range of examples are included in your document system; if we don’t have a generic document that you need, we will create it for you for free! Some of our offers include a monthly (limited) document review service. Task-specific documents may require additional fees to be charged.
  7. What if I need H&S advice? You will access to health and safety advice during normal business hours. If on a premium package, you will have a personally assigned H&S Advisor for your business.
  8. What about ongoing support after the initial period? If you purchase one of our exclusive online offers you will qualify for our preferred, low-cost retention offers available after your initial period (12 months) is expired.
  9. How quickly can your perform a desktop review? Some of our health and safety packages include a desktop review and personalised integration into your new H&S document system. From receipt of documents from the Client, our execution target is completion within 5 business days.
  10. Will I still need an in-house H&S Advisor? Employing a part-time or full-time member of staff for health and safety can be costly and not entirely necessary from many small businesses. Equally, while you may not require one today, it may make sense in the future. Our Services can be used both as a standalone H&S representation, or act as a compliment/support to existing H&S resources within the business. 
  11. How do I use my 15% Consultancy discount? If you choose our Pro package, you will immediately qualify for discount for any additional support services and/or consultancy time that you require. Standard day rates will apply according to business type/size.
