Health and Safety LMS | FAQ’s

1. Will I have to pay a Subscription? Yes, this Learning Leader Health and Safety LMS product is a Subscription service. Once you pay, your Organisation will be set up within 48 hours and the transaction completed – this will activate your Free Trial. We will send instructions on how to Use the system and will be here to support you get up and running!
2. Are there additional or hidden charges on top of the Subscription fee? Absolutely not, everything on the platform is included in the low-cost fee. We do not charge extra for Courses, Certificates etc., once you are subscribed to the Learning Leader product. This includes future Courses and content that will added to the platform. The only scenario where additional cost would be applicable, is when you want bespoke content to be hosted on the platform, or you would like Safeti to help you develop business-specific learning for your organisation.
3. Am I tied into a long-term contract? No, this is a monthly rolling contract, with zero punitive fees for unsubscribing. You will only be liable to pay for the current month in which you are subscribed. We also give you the option (right from your Account settings) to pause your subscription at any time, if your business only needs to deliver training for a short annual period, for example. We think that is pretty good.
4. Is there a Free Trial for the Health and Safety LMS? Yes, for this Health and Safety LMS product, we have a Free Trial as standard, and the length of this will depend on the number of Learners (Users) that you require for the Subscription. If you are unsure of the number you need, just drop us a message or give us a call and we can help you decide. The free trial gives you full access the system, however you will have a limited numbers of Learners available until the Free Trial period is complete.

6. Will Learners receive a Completion Certificate? Yes, upon successful completion, all learners receive a trackable, digital completion Certificate at the end of the course.
7. Can Learners repeat a Course that I have completed previously? Yes, you can repeat any of our Courses via our Health and Safety LMS system. Depending on the Course, a Course may be automatically available after a set time period, or it may be reset at your request. We can set up an automatic reset for all Courses on an annual date of your choice, or do it another way that suits your business!
8. Are the Courses externally accredited? Our Course content has been expertly developed by Chartered Health & Safety professionals & approved trainers. The format and user experience follows the requirements for established continue professional development standards. Where a Course is externally accredited, this will be reflected on the Product page during purchase and on the completion Certificate.
9. Do Safeti provide any support or advice with the Training? The Safeti team are here during normal business hours to support Leaders and Learners via our Live Chat tool on the safeti.com website. You won’t be talking to a bot, it will be a human.
10. Am I protected by a Guarantee? At Safeti, our main aim is to support you as our valued customer. As most of our products are digital in nature, we provide a Satisfaction Guarantee, which means that we will do our utmost to ensure you are satisfied with any purchase. If this is not the case, you may be entitled to a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
