Health and Safety Essentials Video Downloads | FAQ’s

1. Are these Videos ready to go? We understand that you want a quick solution, that’s why you can download our training videos directly via this product. Please note, videos files are large and may not be suitable for all devices. To avoid the need to download large files, you can also stream the Course content On Demand!
2. Can I make the Video appropriate to my brand? The videos are Safeti branded, but unlike the online Course versions, these give you the opportunity to create your own supporting materials and quizzes. If you would like branded versions of the content, we also provide a Course Branding service.
3. Are knowledge tests/quizzes included with the download? We typically include the Course quiz content as standard, and if it is included, it should be listed in the product description.
4. Are there supporting materials with the videos? The current Safeti supporting materials should be available as part of the download, otherwise they can be requested via our Live Chat. If you choose to use our On Demand service, we cannot provide document files with this service, and they also must be requested from us directly.
5. If I stream the content On Demand, can I download the Video also? We provide the handy alternative to stream the content from a hosted server, to save you disk space! If the option to download is also available, it will be stated on the product purchase. If you are still unsure, just drop us a message via Live Chat.
6. Will I have to pay a subscription? No, this is a single payment product. Once you pay, you will instantly receive the product and be able to use the content without restriction (Content is for training purposes and must not be resold).
7. Am I protected by a Guarantee? At Safeti, our main aim is to support you as our valued customer. As most of our products are digital in nature, we provide a Satisfaction Guarantee, which means that we will do our utmost to ensure you are satisfied with any purchase. If this is not the case, you may be entitled to a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
