The aim of the Course is to improve the knowledge and confidence of those directly responsible for managing chemical risks within the workplace environment.

  1. Where do I access my Courses? Once you have made a purchase, you will be auto-logged in. Just to to My Learning to view your Courses. For other Orders, go to your Account for orders, downloads, suscriptions etc.
  2. Can I buy multiple Courses for my Team? No problem. To allocate multiple courses, ensure each team member registers an account with their own email address. Once they’re signed up, send us their email list, and we’ll instantly assign the credits to them.
  3. I’m not sure how to use the Safeti platform, what should I do? Watch our Tutorial Video to see how to use the Platform easily.
  4. Will I recieve a Completion Certificate? Yes, upon successful completion, you will receive a trackable, digital completion Certificate at the end of the course.
  5. Can I repeat a Course that I have completed previously? Yes, you can repeat any of our Courses. Depending on the Course, a Course may be automatically available after a set time period, or it may be reset at your request. Simply purchase a Course Credit to request a Course reset via the Live Chat tool (bottom right of screen).
  6. Are the Courses externally accredited? Our Course content has been expertly developed by Chartered Health & Safety professionals & approved trainers. Also, some of our online Courses are also CPD Accredited. Where applicable, this will be reflected on the Product page during purchase and on the completion Certificate. In any case, each Course follows the same precise format as that required for external accreditation.
  7. Do Safeti provide any support or advice with the Training? We don’t provide ‘consultancy’ advice as part of this package, however we are on hand to steer you in the right direction with any questions on the content and materials. You can contact us any time using our Live Chat tool. Of course, should you need additional paid support, we can also provide you with a solution.
  8. Will I have to pay a subscription? No, this is a single payment bundle OR is completely free. Once you transact, you will instantly receive the product and any associated Course enrolments on your account. For our Subscriptions products, it will be obvious and clear that it is a recurring fee during checkout.
  9. Am I protected by a Guarantee? At Safeti, our main aim is to support you as our valued customer. As most of our products are digital in nature, we provide a Satisfaction Guarantee, which means that we will do our utmost to ensure you are satisfied with any purchase.
