  1. Do we need an employee with a formal H&S qualification? No, our Competent Person service takes care of that. By appointing Safeti as your competent H&S advisor, you immediately retain the qualifications and experience of our H&S professionals. We keep our knowledge and professional development up-to-date via 3rd-party accredited CPD (Continued Professional Development).
  2. What is the H&S Management system? We have developed and continue to improve a H&S document structure which will tick all the right boxes for your business. It also includes real examples that can be tweaked and adopted specifically for your business.
  3. What happens to our existing documentation? It often doesn’t make sense to remove what you already have. Rather, we like to review your existing documentation and integrate it into your new management system. Some of our offers include this service as part of the package.
  4. Do you provide H&S training? Staff training will include communication of key operational procedures (e.g. Safe Working Procedures). We will provide and guide you on what can be used for these purposes. Also, you will have instant and unlimited access to our online Risk Assessment training course (Value of £25.00 per user) and any subsequent courses that we release.
  5. Will the package help with external accreditation e.g. CHAS, Acclaim, Safe-T-Cert? Our H&S system is accreditation-ready. The support you receive as part of our package offers includes guidance & advice from Chartered professionals for any of your questions/needs for your accreditation to be successful.
  6. Can you help with task-specific documents? A wide range of examples are included in your document system; if we don’t have a generic document that you need, we will create it for you for free! Some of our offers include a free (limited) document review service. Task-specific documents may require additional fees to be charged.
  7. What if I need H&S advice? You will have a personal H&S Advisor assigned to your account, available 9-5, 5 days per week for direct H&S advice and support via email, phone & chat.
  8. What about ongoing support after the initial period? If you purchase one of our exclusive online offers you will qualify for our preferred, low-cost retention offers available after your initial period is expired.
  9. What is the Desktop Review and how quickly can it be done? Some of our packages include a ‘desktop review’ and bespoke H&S system integration. From receipt of documents from the Client, our execution target is completion within 5 business days.
  10. Will I still need an in-house H&S Advisor? Employing a part-time or full-time member of staff for health and safety can be costly and not entirely necessary from many small businesses. Equally, while you may not require one today, it may make sense in the future. Our Services can be used both as a standalone H&S representation, or act as a compliment/support to existing H&S resources within the business.
